1. Where can I find updates for Nero? Do they cost anything?

    

   Nero Updates can be found at  http://www.nero.com/. These are free updates.

    

2. Does my CD-RW drive support 90-minute CD-R media?
   
   

   A. 90 minute CD media is not a recognised industry standard and is not supported by any of the Diamond Data CD-RW drives. If 90-minute CDs are used, chances are the burn will not be successful, and using 90-minute media can actually damage the CD-RW drive itself.

    

    

3. Can I use an external USB CD-RW drive in Windows 95 or Windows NT?
   
   

   No, Windows 95 does not have sufficient USB support to run external USB CD-RW drives. Windows NT has no USB support at all. You need Windows 98 or later.

    

    

4. Will my third party CD Authoring software support the Diamond Data CD-RW drive?
   
   

   To check the compatibility of your CD-RW drive with third party software, please check the software developers website for a list of compatible drives.
