WinDVD 3.x Software Patch

This patch resolves the following issue:

When attempting to use InterVideo WinDVD 3.x on a computer with an Intel D845GE, D845PE or SIS 650GL chipset motherboard running a P4 C-Stepping CPU (eg P4 2.4GHz \ 1.525V), the computer locks up or the following error message is received:

"Software DVD player has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience"
