History
| Mitsubishi Electric Australia is wholly owned by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan. A representative office of Mitsubishi Electric was opened in Australia in 1967. The company was established in 1974 as MELCO Australia Pty Ltd and became Mitsubishi Electric Australia in 1982. |
